Where is the product management?
You can manage the products in your online store by going to the Products section on the left.
Filtering and searching for products
At the top of the product management, you will find a search bar that allows you to search for products by name, product tag, or GTIN (e.g., EAN code).
Next to the search bar, you'll see Filters that allow you to narrow down the view. First, choose the desired filters and then click the Search button.
Saving a product search
To save a search, click the Save Search button (on the right side of the search field). To save a search, do the following:
Run the search first or select the filters you want to use.
Click on the Search button.
Click Save Search (on the right side of the search field).
Enter a name for the search you are saving.
Click Save.
Your saved searches will appear as new tabs at the top of the page, making it easy for you to access them later.
Products' bulk actions
You can perform various bulk actions on products. These are useful, for example, if you want to hide several products simultaneously. Bulk actions are used as follows:
Select the products you wish to from the checkboxes on the left.
Click Bulk actions.
Select the desired bulk action.
A confirmation text will appear at the top of the page, allowing you to confirm the execution of the bulk action.
