If you have several sales channels, you can choose which product groups are available in each channel.

When does one need to choose product groups in sales channels?

Finqu allows you to sell products through multiple sales channels. By default, all product groups are available everywhere, but you can also limit the groups per channel if you wish. This is useful, for example, if you want only some of your brick-and-mortar products to be available online.

How to select product groups

  1. In the left menu, open the sales channel whose product groups you want to edit.

  2. In the Product Groups section, choose option Selected product groups.

  3. Click Save (at the top of the page).

Next, you can choose which product groups are used in the sales channel and which are not. It happens as follows:

  1. First, select the sales channel from the menu in the upper right corner.

  2. Select the desired product groups from the checkboxes next to them.

  3. If you want to disable a product group, select "Bulk actions > Remove from channel". If you want to enable the product group, select "Bulk actions > Attach to channel".

  4. Click the "Done" button in the upper right corner of the list.
