About Klarna Checkout
Klarna Checkout (KCO) is a checkout solution for online stores. It offers a smooth checkout page with several payment methods. The available payment methods might vary in different countries. You can read more about KCO:s payment methods in the Selling to multiple countries article on Klarna's developer site.
How to use the Klarna app and KCO
You can access the Klarna app by following these steps:
Click Settings -> My apps
Click Manage in Klarna Checkout section
Click next to the KCO title. ??????? TARKISTA!!
Next, you can see step-by-step instructions on using KCO that you can follow to get Klarna Checkout up and running.
The actions you can perform in the Klarna app
You can find an menu on the Klarna app's page. It allows you to perform the following tasks:
Show account information: You can see your Klarna account's contact details and Klarna account status.
Order new credentials: This allows you to order new credentials for KCO. It might be necessary if the KCO is not working correctly. The credentials are automatically updated in the background. They are not sent to you, and there's no need to set them anywhere manually.
Klarna Shipping Assistant / Klarna On-site Messaging / Apply for merchant lending: Klarna's additional services.
Reinstall payment method: This allows you to reinstall the KCO payment method if it's not working correctly.
Start over: lets you start the KCO onboarding process again if your application was rejected earlier.

Activating KCO in the online store
For KCO to work correctly, it needs to be activated in your online store.
You can check this by going to Settings -> Payment methods.
Klarna is active if the switch next to Klarna is pink. Other payment methods and KCOIt's possible to use the following payment methods simultaneously with Klarna Checkout:
In Finqu, other payment methods, such as the merchant's own invoice, are unfortunately not available with KCO.
