Customers dashboard

The Customers dashboard brings together your buyers, customer retention and ways to reach your customers.

The Customers dashboard brings your customer data together. It shows who your buyers are, whether they come back to buy again and how you can reach them. You can find it under Home in the admin, on the Customers tab.

For example, you can use the Customers dashboard to:

  • See how many of the period's buyers are new and how many are returning customers.

  • Track whether customers come back to buy again.

  • Reach a specific customer group with an automated message or a discount.

  • Mark customer-related events in the customer calendar.

Buyers and customer retention

The dashboard shows the buyers for the selected period, split into new and returning customers. You can also see customer retention, meaning how many customers come back to buy again, as well as customer activity. You can change the period from the menu in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

Reaching customers

From the Customers dashboard, you can also go to automated messages, discounts, and audiences and customer groups. Read more in Email marketing, Information on managing discounts and campaigns and Managing customer groups.

Customer calendar

You can mark customer-related events in the customer calendar. When you add a Custom event entry to the calendar, select Customers as the calendar.

Opportunities

In the Opportunities card, AI suggests actions based on the data you see on the same dashboard, such as customers and their purchases. To get new suggestions, click Refresh.

Note: Dashboard data is updated with a short delay, so the figures may temporarily differ from your reports. For exact sales figures, see the Sales report.
