Growth dashboard

The Growth dashboard brings your online store sales, visitors and marketing together in one view.

The Growth dashboard brings together everything you need to grow your online store sales: sales results, visitor tracking, the marketing calendar, social media posts, marketing emails and discounts. You can find it under Home in the admin, on the Growth tab.

For example, you can use the Growth dashboard to:

  • Check in the morning how many sales and orders have come in today.

  • Find out where your visitors come from and at which step they abandon their purchase.

  • Track how much in sales your marketing brings in for every euro spent on it.

  • Plan the month's campaigns, social media posts and discounts in the marketing calendar.

Note: The Growth dashboard is only available in the online store channel. The Store channel dashboard has no Growth tab. You can switch sales channels under Sales channels in the menu in the top-right corner.

Sales results

The Sales results card shows the Sales, Orders, Average order and Conversion rate figures for the selected period, along with their change compared with the comparison period. You can change the period from the menu in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

The card's Today section shows the day's sales and number of orders. From there, you can also go straight to unprocessed orders.

Marketing this period

The card shows the marketing budget spent during the period, the sales generated by marketing, and the Sales per euro figure. It tells you how much in sales each euro spent on marketing has generated (ROAS).

Tip: Sales per euro is only calculated once marketing costs have been added.

Traffic

The Traffic card tells you about your online store visitors. Visitor tracking works without a separate Google Analytics connection.

The funnel shows how visitors move through the Visits, Cart, Checkout and Purchase steps. This way you can see at which step purchases are abandoned.

The traffic sources show whether visitors come directly (Direct), from search engine results (Organic) or from other websites (Referrals). On the Products, Pages, Traffic, Devices and Locations tabs, you can see in more detail which products and pages are viewed, where visitors come from, which devices they use and where they are located.

Marketing calendar

In the marketing calendar, you plan and track your store's marketing: campaigns, social media posts, messages, discounts and your own events. The calendar legend lists the entry types.

Choose Month, Week or Upcoming as the calendar view.

Monthly sales target

Under Sales this month, you can see the month's sales and sales target. To change the target, click Edit.

Adding an entry

  1. In the calendar, click today or a future day. The New entry menu opens.

  2. Select the start and end time of the entry under Start and End.

  3. Select the entry type: Campaign, Post, Schedule message, Discount, Custom event, Run task or Run Playbook.

The entry types are described below.

Use a Campaign entry to add a marketing campaign to the calendar. In the form, you enter the campaign's name, source, costs, goal, date range and notes.

Post

Use a Post entry to create a social media post for a connected social media channel, such as your store's Facebook page. You can only create a post once at least one channel has been connected. Connecting channels is explained in the Social media section.

Step 1: Instructions for the AI

  1. Select the channel for the post.

  2. Select the feeling the post should evoke, such as I want that or I can't miss this.

  3. In the What to share field, write what you want to say in the post. You can mention a product by typing @ followed by the product name.

  4. Under Media, choose whether to use your own files, AI-generated images or video.

  5. Click Create drafts and the AI writes drafts of the post. If you want to write the post yourself, click Skip drafts.

Step 2: Finishing the post

  1. Under Format, choose whether it is a Post or a Story.

  2. Write or edit the post text in the Content field.

  3. If needed, add text to the First comment field.

  4. Under Media, add up to 4 images or one video.

  5. Select the Publish time.

  6. Finally, click Save or Publish.

Tip: The post draft is saved automatically as you type.

Schedule message

Use a Schedule message entry to schedule a message to be sent to customers. Choose whether to send a Newsletter or an Announcement. The same view also has the Automated messages and Message templates tabs. Read more in Email marketing.

Discount

Use a Discount entry to add a discount or discount code to the calendar. First select the discount type. Discount types are described in more detail in Information on managing discounts and campaigns.

Custom event

Use a Custom event entry to mark other store events in the calendar, such as trade fairs, product photo shoots or the launch of a new model. Give the event a title, a description and dates. Also select which calendar the event goes to: Workspace, Growth, Operations or Customers.

Social media

The Social media card has the Posts and Channels tabs. On the Posts tab, you can see your social media posts, and on the Channels tab, you connect social media channels to your store.

Channels you can connect include Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, LinkedIn and Pinterest. You can only add posts once at least one channel has been connected.

Marketing emails

From the Marketing emails card, you can create marketing emails, such as newsletters and abandoned cart reminders. The card has the ready-made options Abandoned cart and Newsletter, each with a Create button. Read more in Email marketing.

Discounts

The Discounts card lists your store's discounts and takes you to discount management. Read more in Information on managing discounts and campaigns.

Opportunities

In the Opportunities card, AI suggests actions based on the data you see on the same dashboard, such as sales, visitors and marketing. To get new suggestions, click Refresh.

Note: Dashboard data is updated with a short delay, so the figures may temporarily differ from your reports. For exact sales figures, see the Sales report.
