Terminating the Service

You can terminate your services directly from your Finqu account.

For security reasons, we only accept termination requests submitted through your Finqu account. Termination requests via email or contact forms will not be processed.

Steps to terminate all your Finqu services:

  1. Log in to your Finqu account.

  2. Go to the Subscription section in the top-right corner of the admin panel.

  3. Click the Cancel my subscription button.

After completing these steps, you will receive detailed information about when the services will be deactivated and the termination will take effect. Read the information and confirm the cancellation.

Termination period

The termination period is one month or until the end of the current billing cycle, whichever is longer. After the termination period, all services and data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered later.

Save necessary data

We recommend downloading all essential reports, invoices, and other data required for accounting immediately after initiating the termination. Once the termination period ends, all data will be deleted and cannot be retrieved.

Please note that services cannot be terminated during the trial period. If no subscription is created, the service will automatically terminate and be deleted after the trial ends.
