Below you will find a ready-made template for the terms of delivery for an online store. You are welcome to use it as a base for your own store.

  • This is a very simple template, and it is advisable to carefully consider whether there is anything specific to your store that you need to pay attention to.

Delivery terms can be edited in the administration section under Online Store > Pages. Below pages, you'll find the Terms section where you can edit the Shipping policy.

The payment service provider for the online store is Klarna (https://klarna.fi). Klarna Checkout service makes it safe and easy to make purchases. Payment options in the online store include invoice, installment payments, online banking, and credit cards.

By using the Klarna Checkout service, you accept the terms of Klarna AB (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 11134 Stockholm), which can be found at checkout.

Delivery and Shipping Costs

We use several different delivery methods in the online store. Delivery methods and prices may vary based on the weight, quantity, and dimensions of the product. Shipping prices can also be dynamically retrieved directly from the shipping companies. Not all delivery methods may be available for all products.

You will see up-to-date information on the delivery price and available delivery methods for your order at the online store's checkout. The shipping costs of the chosen delivery method are always added to the total of the shopping cart. We will deliver the order with the delivery method you have chosen.

Delivery Time

The delivery times of the products can be stated in the product information. We always aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, but delivery time can vary depending on the product or delivery method. Any possible exceptional delivery times are separately announced on the online store's pages.

Cancellation

Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day cancellation right in accordance with consumer protection law from the date of the order, unless otherwise stated in the product information.

Before canceling the order, the customer must contact our customer service and notify them of the cancellation and the upcoming return of the products. The return is possible for all products of the order or just a part of them. The returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and without defects.

The seller has the right to reduce the value of the product partially or in full if the products have been used, they have incurred defects, the original packaging has been lost, or the products are otherwise not in the condition in which they were sold to the customer.

Shipping costs are returned according to the price of the cheapest shipping method.

The payment is returned in the same way the order was paid. For example, if the order was paid with a card, the return amount will be credited to the card. If this is not possible, another method for the payment return will be agreed upon.
