Adding a blog to your online store

The blog feature allows you to easily share updates, tips, and news with your customers.

Writing blog articles

  1. Go to Online store > Blog.

  2. Click Add article.

  3. Fill in the article content and settings.

  4. Click Save.

Adding a blog link to your navigation

You can add a link to your blog in the store navigation so customers can find it more easily. To edit navigation, go to Online store > Navigation > Select navigation. For more help, see the guide Adding pages to navigation.

Managing comments

You can control whether users can comment on your articles. If comments are allowed, you can also choose whether they must be approved before publishing.

To manage comment settings, go to Top right menu > General settings > Blogs: Edit. Click the name of the blog in the list to open these settings:

  • Only registered customers can comment (yes/no)

  • Approve comments before publishing (yes/no)

  • Comments allowed (yes/no)

The last two settings can also be controlled per article under Online store > Articles.

Managing blogs across multiple stores

If you have several stores under your Finqu account and don’t want to use the same blog in all of them, you can create multiple blogs:

  1. Go to Top right menu > General settings > Blogs: Edit.

  2. Click New blog.

Once the blog is created, it will appear in the list. On the right side, you’ll see the default toggle, which sets the default blog. To set a specific blog for a specific sales channel, go to Online store > Settings for that channel. In the Blog section, select which blog should be used in the store.
