When selling gift cards, you need a suitable payment method to redeem them. Activate the gift card payment method, and customers will be able to redeem their purchased gift cards at checkout.
Add Gift Card as a Payment Method in the Store
Go to Online Store > Payment Methods.
Click the Add Payment Method button next to Gift Card.
Add at least a name (e.g., Gift Card).
Adjust other settings as needed.
Click the Save button.
