Here are the settings for using your email in an email client such as your smartphone or an email app on your computer.

From this guide, you will find the information needed to use emails hosted by Finqu on your phone. Alternatively, you can also access your email via webmail at https://webmail.finqu.com/

Ordering Emails

If you have registered a domain through Finqu, you can also order email addresses with your own domain, such as [email protected], for example. You can order an email address through Finqu's customer service by sending a message in the chat.

Incoming mail server (POP / IMAP)

  • Server address: mail1.finqu.com

Outgoing mail server (SMTP)

  • Server address: mail1.finqu.com

  • Port: 465

Other email providers, such as Microsoft Workspace or Office 365

If your email is hosted elsewhere and your domain is with Finqu, you can get your email to work by modifying the domain's DNS records according to the instructions provided by your provider.

You can find the DNS management for a domain hosted in Finqus as follows:

  1. Open the menu from the top right.

  2. Select "Domains".

  3. Click the "Edit" button next to the domain.
