User information

It is a good idea to keep your account details up to date so Finqu can contact you if necessary.

  • In the Language section, you can choose the language in which you will use the Finqu service (Finnish or English)

  • First name

  • Surname

  • Homepage (if you have another website on the Internet). Optional.

  • In the About you field, you can tell us about yourself. This is also an optional field.

  • Your Email address should be correct, as this is how we will reach you.

  • Your Telephone number is optional.

Credentials

The Credentials section is essential. This is where you can set up your Finqu account username and password.

  • Your username must be an email address that you can access. Then you can reset your password if you forget it.

  • It is a good idea to change your password from time to time.

    • We recommend a long password, at least ten characters. For example, a password can be a phrase you can easily remember. A long password is more challenging to crack than a short one.

Please do not share your password with outsiders. You can create separate staff accounts if your staff or partners need access to manage your shop.

Sessions

In the Sessions section, you will find a list of sessions. It shows all the devices or browsers logged into your account.

Sessions can be closed by clicking the Logout link under the session, if necessary.

If you suspect that an outsider has logged into your Finqu account, change your password and then log out of all but your own session.

Changing your merchant account

There's a Merchant accounts section if you have access to more than one Finqu merchant account. For example, this may be the case if you are collaborating with several different merchants who use Finqu.

To change your merchant account, click View in the left menu and Choose the desired merchant account using the Change button.
