Editing user account information

You can access your account information as follows:

  1. Open the menu in the top right corner.

  2. Click your name.

Account section

In the left-hand menu, you will find the Account section, where you can edit the following:

  • Profile picture (displayed in the top right corner of Finqu's management interface)

  • Name

  • Country

  • Language, i.e., the language of the store management interface (Finnish or English)

  • In the Merchant accounts section, you can switch between merchant accounts. You can change the merchant account if you have access to multiple accounts. For example, this is the case if you are an additional user for several merchants.

Security section

On the left, you will find the Security section, where you can manage your login credentials and other security-related matters.

In the Login section, you can set your Finqu account username and password.

  • It is very important that your username is an email address you can access. This way, you can reset your password if you forget it.

  • It is a good idea to change your password from time to time.

    • We recommend using a long password, at least 10 characters. For example, your password could be a sentence you can easily remember. A long password is harder to crack than a short one.

Do not share your login credentials with outsiders. If your staff or partners need access to the store management, you can create separate staff accounts.

Two-factor authentication

In the Two-factor authentication section, you can enable two-factor authentication for your Finqu account.

Sessions

In the Sessions section, you can see all devices or browsers that are currently logged in to your account.

  • You can close sessions if necessary by clicking the Log out link next to the session.

  • If you suspect that someone else has logged in to your Finqu account, change your password and then log out of all sessions except your own.

Connected apps

In the Connected apps section, you can see which apps you are using and what access they have to your sales channel information.
