You can receive various notifications from Finqu, such as order received or stock alert. Here's how you can edit your notification settings.

Notifications are user-specific. If your staff or partners have a separate user account, they can edit their notification settings through their accounts.

Editing the notification settings

You can find the notification settings by clicking the bell icon (🔔) at the top of the page and then click the three dots and choose Notification settings from the menu.

At the top of the page, there is a Settings section where you can configure the following:

  • Your email address for notifications.

  • The volume of notifications (in Finqu admin)

  • From the Browser Notifications button, you can allow browsers to send notifications even if the browser tab is not active.

You will see a list of all available notifications in the Notifications section. You can choose which notifications are enabled and how they function.

About notification sounds

Sometimes browsers may prevent notification sounds from playing. Browsers are very particular about such sounds, which are played without the user's explicit request. Notification tones are designed to function in most cases, but it ultimately depends on the browser.
