Installing the app

You can install the Shipit app on Finqu's Appstore. You can find more details about using apps in the How to use apps article.

Once the app is installed, you'll be taken to the app's page where you can:

  • Order Shipit in the Order shipit section.

  • Or, if you're already using it, you can fill in Shipit's credentials on the Start using Shipit section.

Shipit account details

When you have set the credentials or ordered Shipit, you can see your credentials on the App details section. By clicking the Shipit admin button, you can access Shipit's extranet pages.

The Install shipping methods again button allows you to fetch the shipping methods again from Shipit. This might be necessary if you're not able to see any shipping methods when you're adding them to your store.

Choosing carriers

You can choose the carriers and shipping services from the Choose carriers section on the app's page. Remember also to check the pick-up-point selection if you want your customers to be able to choose a certain pick-up-point.

Installing delivery methods

After the Shipit app is configured, you can add the delivery methods to your store by following the Setting up shipping methods article.

Creating shipping labels

The Shipit app also lets you print shipping labels in Finqu admin. You can do it by following the instruction on the Fulfilling orders or Creating shipments articles.
