Loyalty discount

Learn how to activate a loyalty discount for your store.

Loyalty discounts help increase customer retention and encourage repeat purchases. You can create tiered discounts based on a customer’s purchase history, rewarding them for their loyalty.

Add the discount by navigating to Marketing > Add discount > Loyalty discount.

Setting up discount tiers

First, decide whether the discount will be a percentage or a fixed amount. Then define one or more discount tiers based on purchase thresholds.

Example:

  • 5% discount for spending at least $1,000

  • 10% discount for spending at least $5,000

  • 15% discount for spending more than $10,000

Purchase history configuration

Specify the time frame for which the customer’s past purchases are considered. The discount tiers are based on the total purchase value within this period.

Filters

Apply restrictions, if needed, based on manufacturers, product groups, or other criteria.

Validity period

Choose between a perpetual discount that never expires or set specific start and end dates.

Status and description

Set the status of the campaign (active/inactive). Add a name and description that will be visible to customers in your store (e.g., "Loyalty discount").

Combining discounts

Manage how this discount interacts with other discounts. Specify which discounts customers can combine for a single order.
