Free Shipping Campaigns

Learn how to set up a free shipping campaign for your online store.

Free shipping is a great way to increase the average order value. For instance, you can set a threshold of €200 and display a message in the shopping cart, such as: “Add €55.38 more to your order to qualify for free shipping.”

Add the discount by navigating to Marketing > Add discount > Shipping discount.

Discount percentage

Activate free shipping by setting the discount percentage to 100%.

If you want the campaign to apply only to orders exceeding a specific amount, set that amount in the Minimum purchase required field.


Status and description

Choose the campaign's status (active/inactive). Add a name and description visible to customers in your store (e.g., "Free shipping").


Filters

Apply restrictions, if needed, based on manufacturers, product groups, or other criteria.

Validity period

You can opt for a perpetual discount that never expires or set a specific end date. Additionally, you can choose when the discount becomes active.

Combining discounts

Manage how this discount interacts with other discounts. Specify which discounts customers can combine for a single order.
