Selling digital products allows you to offer items like images, sewing patterns, books, workout programs, or any other electronically deliverable goods. Products are automatically sent to the customer’s email after purchase.
You can find digital products in store management > Products.
Adding a digital product
To add a new digital product, click the Add button and choose Add digital product.
Product delivery
Digital products are always delivered electronically. After an order, an automatic email containing download links for all purchased digital products is sent to the customer's email. The customer can then download the products onto their device.
Expiration and download limits
In the digital product settings, you can specify the download link’s validity period and the number of downloads allowed. This controls how long the link remains active and how many times it can be clicked by the customer.
It's generally best not to set the expiration period too short; for most cases, 6–12 months is a reasonable timeframe.
Ensure a sufficient number of downloads, with a minimum of 3. Accidental double-clicks or interrupted downloads could otherwise prevent the customer from successfully obtaining the product if only one download attempt is allowed.
Supported file types and maximum sizes
You can upload one or multiple files per digital product. Supported file types include:
Images: gif, jpeg, png, svg, xml, tiff, vnd, wbmp, webp, icon, bmp
Videos: mp4, mj2, mpeg, ogg, quicktime, webm, m4v, flv, matroska, asf, wmv, vm
Documents: txt, html, css, csv, json, pdf, zip, doc, openxml, xls, ppt
Audio: mp3, wav, acc, ogg, flac, midi, wma, matroska
The maximum file size for a single file is 50 gigabytes.

The storage space available for digital products depends on your subscription plan. You can view the storage allocation for each plan on the homepage’s package feature list.
