Setting a password for your store during construction

You can set a password to restrict access to your store while it's being built, preventing others from viewing it in an unfinished state.

You can find this setting in Online Store -> Settings -> Publication -> Password Protected.

When the password is enabled, the store's homepage will show options to sign up for the newsletter and log in. By clicking Log in to store, you can enter the password to view your store as it currently appears.

Remember to remove the password before publishing your store to allow customers to access and shop.
