Success Agent is Finqu’s general AI assistant. You can use it to discuss ideas, get help with practical tasks, plan next steps, and start actions.

What can you use Success Agent for?
Success Agent works well in many different situations. You can use it, for example, when you want to:
think about what to improve in your online store
get ideas for content, marketing, or improving sales
solve problems

start tasks or actions
Success Agent is often a good place to start if you do not yet know exactly how something should be done.
How to get started
The easiest way to begin is to write a message and start a conversation.
For example, you can:
explain what you need help with
ask for suggestions or a plan
describe a task you want the agent to handle
add an attachment if it helps
You can also choose a suitable mode or skill before sending your message.
Writing your message and guiding the task
With the tools at the bottom of Success Agent, you can guide how the agent approaches your task.
Write a message
In the message field, write what you want to do or what you need help with. You can start simply by describing your situation, your goal, and the kind of help you want.
A good opening prompt usually includes:
what the goal or problem is
what you need help with
what you want Success Agent to do
The more clearly you describe the situation, the easier it is for the agent to help you move forward.
Attach
With the Attach button, you can add attachments to the conversation, such as images. Success Agent can interpret attachments and use them to help solve the task.
An attachment can be useful, for example, when you want feedback on an image, content, or other material.
Choose a mode: Discuss, Execute, or Plan
You can choose the most suitable mode depending on what you want to do.
Discuss is useful when you want advice, ideas, or a conversation
Execute is useful when you want the agent to carry out a task in practice
Plan is useful when you want the agent to help build a plan or an approach
These modes use AI credits differently, so you can choose the one that best fits your situation.
Choose a skill
With Choose a skill, you can guide Success Agent to use a specific skill to solve your task.
A skill can relate to things such as:
a business analytics overview
predictive forecasting
anomaly detection
revenue and conversion insights
SEO views
writing an article or page
policies and practices
creating a worker team
If you already know what kind of task you need help with, choosing a skill can help guide Success Agent in the right direction. You can also start without selecting a skill and begin with a normal conversation.
Conversations and settings
History
On the right side, you can see your previous conversations. You can return to them later and continue them when needed.
Favorites
You can mark important conversations as favorites with the star icon. After that, you can find them more easily later in the Favorites section.
New conversation
New conversation starts a new conversation without context from previous ones.
This is especially useful when the topic changes clearly and you want to start fresh.

Settings
In Settings, you can both personalize Success Agent and manage its permissions.
On the Personalization tab, you can define things like the language, communication style, assistant personality, and the level of business and technical expertise. This helps make the responses better suited to your needs.
On the Permissions tab, you can manage which tools Success Agent can use without asking for permission each time. These permissions can relate to actions such as searching pages and products, updating content, or creating pages.
During a conversation, the agent can also be granted persistent permissions for certain actions. If needed, you can remove them later in Settings.

Using Success Agent often begins with one opening prompt, and the conversation continues from there. The more clearly you describe your situation, goals, and expectations, the better the agent can understand what you need.
Success Agent may also ask follow-up questions before suggesting a solution, creating a plan, or carrying out a task.
