Workers are task-specific AI assistants in Finqu. They are used for clearly defined tasks such as content creation, planning, analysis, and other practical work.
You can create workers for your own needs and use them either directly for task execution or through Success Agent.
What can workers be used for?
Workers are especially useful when you want to handle a specific task in a clearly defined way.
You can use workers, for example, when you want to:
create or update content
make quick changes
handle recurring tasks
analyze data or identify development opportunities
delegate a specific task to an AI assistant
A worker usually performs best when it has one clear responsibility.
How to create a worker
There are two ways to create a worker.
1. Create a worker with Success Agent
You can ask Success Agent to create a worker for you. In that case, it is a good idea to clearly say that you want to create a new worker and describe what it should do.
You can start, for example, like this:
“I want to create a worker that helps me write product descriptions for my online store.”
“Create a worker for SEO optimization. It should be able to improve product names, meta descriptions, and product descriptions.”
“I want a worker that analyzes sales and highlights anomalies and development opportunities.”
The more clearly you describe what the worker should do, the better Success Agent can help create the right one.
2. Create a worker manually
You can also create a worker manually in the admin.
Do this:
Open Team from the left-hand menu
Click Create worker
Choose the worker type
Fill in the worker details
Save the worker
When creating a worker, you can choose from the following worker types:
Executor carries out tasks on request and is suitable for content creation, quick updates, and one-off actions
Planner identifies important changes and highlights what should be reviewed or done next
Analyst analyzes data and produces reports and insights
In the worker details, you can define things like:
name
description
guidelines
tools
skill level
You can also define whether Success Agent is allowed to use that worker.
How to use workers
Workers can be used in two ways: directly through the Command Bar or through Success Agent.
Use a worker through the Command Bar
You can use workers from the Command Bar at the top of the page.
You can open the Command Bar by:
clicking the top bar
pressing Cmd + K (mac) or Ctrl + K (windows) on your keyboard
When the Command Bar opens, you can select a worker and write a task for it. After that, the worker starts carrying out your request.
You can also follow the progress of the task through the Command Bar. The task appears there in a list, and by clicking it, you can see more details about what the worker is doing.
When the task is complete, you will receive a notification in the bell icon at the top right of the admin. From that notification, you can open the result and see what the worker has done.
Use a worker through Success Agent
Workers can also be used through Success Agent.
You can first talk with Success Agent normally and then ask it to delegate a specific task to a suitable worker. This is especially useful when you want to discuss something first and then hand the actual execution over to a worker during the conversation.
What to keep in mind when creating a worker
A worker usually works best when it has a clear role.
A good worker is often:
focused on a specific task
named clearly
described briefly but clearly
guided with relevant instructions
given only the tools it actually needs
In most cases, it is better to create one worker for one clear task than to make one worker too general.
Examples of workers
You can create workers for tasks such as:
writing product descriptions
SEO optimization
reviewing online store content
theme-related changes
sales analysis
anomaly detection
identifying new development opportunities
Summary
Workers are specialized AI assistants in Finqu designed for specific tasks. You can create them by talking with Success Agent or manually in the admin.
Workers can be used directly through the Command Bar or through Success Agent. When a worker has a clear task and the right tools, it can significantly speed up your work.
