Filters add different options to the product listings, allowing customers to filter products and easily find what they’re looking for.
Available filters include manufacturer, price, availability, and offers. Additionally, product categories (taxonomy) set for products, such as color and size, can be used as filters.
How to Add Filters
Go to Online Store > Navigation.
Click Add Filter below the page title.
Enter a name for the filter.
Add filters from the Add menu.
Arrange filters by dragging them if needed.
Click Save.
Setting Filters by Product Category
You can select one filter set as the default, which will then appear across all product categories unless specified otherwise. In the filter settings, select Yes under Default and save the filter set.
If you want filters to appear only in certain categories or vary by category, you can select filters for each category individually. You can find this setting in Products > Product Categories, then click the Edit-link on the category.
