Customizing Your Online Store’s Colors

How to customize your online store’s colors.

Updated over a week ago

The colors of your online store can be adjusted from the theme settings. Different themes may have different color settings depending on their design style, and the colors you can modify depend on the theme.

You can find color settings in Online Store > Edit Theme > Open settings on the left ⚙️ > Colors.

Primary Colors

Primary colors are selected to allow you to change your store’s colors to suit your brand by adjusting these key colors.

Additional Colors

Additional colors include all remaining colors, enabling you to make more detailed adjustments.

Editing a Color

To edit a color, click the color circle, choose a new color from the palette, and then click Confirm. After confirming, wait a moment for the color to update in the editor’s preview of your store.

Dark Background / Online Store

Themes generally use a light background, but nothing prevents you from creating a dark store. You can easily change the background colors to dark and the text to light from the color settings.

Publishing or Discarding Changes

The Save button will appear highlighted when there are unsaved changes. You can publish the changes to your store by clicking the Save button.

Before saving, you can also discard changes. Go back one change at a time using the left-facing arrow or discard all changes to the previous save point using the Draft button.

Please note that different themes may have different features, and these instructions may not apply to all themes.
