Using Shipit requires an agreement with the provider. The service has no monthly fee, and you only pay when you print address labels for shipments.

Installing the Shipit App
Go to Online Store > Shipping Methods.
Click the View Apps button.
Click Install next to Shipit. Confirm the installation and grant the app access to your merchant account.
Next, enter your credentials or register a new account.
If you already have a Shipit account, enter the API key / Secret key.
Otherwise, register an account for your business by selecting Open New Account.
The app is now installed, and you can proceed to add shipping methods to your store.
Adding Shipping Methods to the Store
Go to Online Store > Shipping Methods.
Click the Add Shipping Method button.
Select the shipping method you want to add.
Add at least pricing information for the shipping method.
Click the Save button.
If you don’t see shipping methods, visit the app page (Top Right > Apps > Shipit) and click Reinstall Shipping Methods. Then return to add shipping methods.
Pricing
You can set a fixed price for the shipping method or create variable pricing.
If you want the price to change based on order weight or total amount, select Add Multiple Prices. Then, a field will appear where you can choose the basis for the price (e.g., lbs, pcs...).
Click Add Row to add multiple shipping prices, and the customer will see the correct shipping cost at checkout, based on the items in their cart.
For example: Shipping cost is 4.90 € for up to 5 kg, 9.90 € up to 5 kg, and 19.90 € for over 100 kg.
Restrictions
Custom shipping methods include versatile restrictions. You can limit the method to specific order weights or exclude certain products from this shipping option.
Check Functionality
After adding the shipping method, the final step is to check functionality. Go to your store, add items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in the details and verify that the shipping method works as expected and that the prices are correct. If using variable pricing, adjust items in the cart to confirm that different prices work seamlessly.
Shipit App Features
You can find the app in Store Management > Top Right > Apps > Shipit.
In the Carrier Selection section, you can select the carriers and services you’ll use for shipping.
Reinstall Shipping Methods: If not all shipping options appear, use this to retrieve them again from Shipit.
Shipit Management: This button directs you to the Shipit service.
Paying for Shipit Services
There are two ways to pay for Shipit services:
Wallet: Log in to the Shipit site with your credentials → MAKE A SHIPMENT → Wallet → enter an amount (minimum €100) and proceed to payment. Note the automatic wallet refill option.
Invoicing: Contact [email protected] if you want to set up invoicing. Invoices are available as e-invoices or PDF via email.
