You can upload PDF files (e.g., instruction manuals) to your merchant account and attach them to your products. You can also copy a link to the file and add it to any other page in your online store. The maximum file size of PDF files is 10 megabytes.

How to upload PDF files and attach them to a product

1. Go to the Products section.

2. Open the product where you want to attach the PDF file. (If you are not attaching the PDF to a particular product, you can open any of your products. Later in this article, we'll show you how to copy the link to the file).

3. Click Choose files from the Attachments section.

4. Click Choose.

5. Choose and upload the files from your device.

6. Click Choose.

7. Write names to the PDF files. These names will be shown on the product page.

8. Click Save. 

How to copy the link to the uploaded PDF file

You can use the PDF files also in other places in your online store. Just upload the file to Finqu as shown above, but don't select it for the product. 

When the file is uploaded, you can see a small download icon next to the file. Right-click that icon (or if you are using a touch screen, long-press it). A menu will then appear where you can copy the link to your device's clipboard. Next, you can paste the copied link to any page in your online store.
