About stock quantities
By adding stock values for your products you can monitor your inventory and prevent customers from buying more units than there are available.
If you have a big inventory, we recommend using the inventory management feature. It allows you to manage your stock quantities easily on one page.
How to set stock quantities
Go to the Products section.
Open the product that you want to edit.
Fill in the quantity to the Stock value field on the Inventory section.
Click Save.
If you need to change the value later, type the change to the Change field and click Save. Keep in mind that it is a change. For example, if the value is, 10, and you set a change of 5, the amount will be 15.
The Shelf and Alert quantity fields can be changed afterward only if you have the inventory management feature. If you don't have it, you need to remove the balance (by clicking the trash can icon) and then fill in the information again.
Product options' stock quantities
If you want to set stock quantities to product options (such as color or size), click the Set button next to the Set product option -specific stock balances title. After that, unique stock amount fields for every product option will appear on the page
