Here's how you can edit a product's shipping information.

In the product's Shipping section, you can set the product's shipping weight and measurements and choose how it can be delivered (in a box or an envelope).

Some features in this article are designed for Parcel assistant only. Parcel Assistant is a feature that helps you to set shipping fees more accurately based on products' measurements and weights.
Setting basic shipping information
Go to the Products section.
Open the product you want to edit.
Scroll down to the shipping section
You can choose whether the product is shipped in an envelope or in a box (this selection works with parcel assistant only). Choose the custom box option if the product cannot be shipped in the same box as other products. You can define the boxes in the shipping method if you use Parcel assistant.
Next, you can set the shipping weight and measurements for the product. Notice that these are not always the same weight/measurements as in the product's Features section. A product might have different measurements/weight for shipment if there's, for example, a user's manual in the same box with the product.
Additional shipping selections
If you are using the Parcel assistant, you can also set the following information:
The product may be stacked on top of each other. This selection allows you to choose whether the products may be stacked on top of each other. Note that this setting affects only the product that you are editing at the moment. In other words, it is still possible to pack other products into the same box.
The product can be packed in any direction. This selection lets you choose whether the product can be packed in any direction. If the product needs to be in a particular position during the shipping, turn this setting off.
Into the Maximum number of products per package field, you can set the maximum amount of products packed in one box.
Supplier, delivery time, and return time
There are three dropdown menus at the very bottom of the Shipment section where you can choose the supplier, the delivery time, and the product's return time. If you haven't added these before, you can add them by clicking the +-button on the menu's right side.
