Finqu online store includes a product reviews feature that lets you decide who can leave reviews of your products. You can also moderate reviews meaning that you can read and accept them before they are published on your website. 

Product review settings

There is a Product reviews menu in the section Online store > Settings where you can choose how the reviews work in your online store. There are three main options:

• Disabled (visitors cannot leave reviews)

• Allowed (visitors can leave reviews, and they are published automatically)

• Moderated (visitors can leave reviews, but you can choose which are published)

If you choose Allowed or Moderated, you can also decide who can leave reviews:

• every visitor on your site,

• visitors that have purchased the product,

• every registered visitor on your site,

• visitors that are registered and have purchased the product.

Notification about new reviews

When the reviews are enabled, you can get a notification when somebody has left a review. In order to get one, you need to switch the Product review notification active in your notification settings. 

Managing reviews on the product page

The product page in Finqun admin has a Reviews section where you can manage the reviews. You can accept a review or deny it. If necessary, you can delete the review by clicking the trash bin icon.
