How to add a product option

1. Go to the Products section.

2. Open the product that you want to edit.

3. Choose the option in the Options section. If you have not created any options before, click the + icon and fill in the option's details.

4. Click Save. 

How to edit previously added options

1. Go to Products > Options.

2. Open the option that you wish to edit.

3. Next, you should see all the options listed on the page. You can edit an option by clicking its name.

4. After you have made the changes, click Save.

Notice: Changes will affect all the products that the option is attached to.

Option types

Options' types define how the option functions and looks on the product page. You can choose one of the following types:

• A dropdown menu is a simple dropdown menu where customers can choose one option. Use this if you have many options in one menu.

• A radio button shows all the options on the product page simultaneously, and customers can choose one of them. If you don't have a big list of options, a radio button works nicely.

• A text option adds a text field to the product page, where customers can add text to the product. For example, you can use text fields if you sell engraved jewelry or deliver flowers with greeting cards.

• A checkbox is a yes/no selection. You can use it to sell some extra services with the product (for example, an installation service).
