When a customer buys a gift card from your online store, you can deliver it to the customer traditionally by mail or use an automated gift card email.
Delivering gift cards by automated emails
If you want the gift card to be delivered automatically, you can switch on the automated gift card email by following these steps:
Switch on the gift card message (pink = on / gray = off).
Click Save.
Delivering gift cards by mail
If you send gift cards by mail or hand them out to your customers in your store, you can add the gift card code to the card manually. You can find the code from the customer's order just below the gift card product. The gift receiver can later pay in your store using this code.
