Notification settings

Learn to edit your notification settings in your Finqu account.

You can get several notifications in Finqu, such as new order received or stock alarm. You can choose which notifications you want to receive in notification settings.

Delete

Notifications are individual for each Finqu user. If you have additional staff accounts, they can edit their own notification settings in their accounts.

Editing the settings

  1. Click the Account link in the top left corner.

  2. In the left menu, go to Settings > Notifications.

You can fill in your email address (for email notifications) at the top of the notifications page. Under the email field, you can choose the loudness of the notification sounds.

By clicking the Browser notifications button, you can allow browsers to send notifications even when the browser tab is not active.

Under the settings section, you can see a list of all available notifications. You can turn email notifications on/off from the email switch (pink = on, grey = off), and you can control the admin notifications from the menu next to the switch.

Information about notification sounds

Sometimes browsers might prevent the admin notification from playing. Browsers are very strict with these kinds of sounds played without users' explicitly requesting them. Notifications sounds are built in the way that they should play in most cases, but in the end, it's always the browser's decision whether a sound is played or not.
