You can manage your Finqu subscription by clicking the Account link at the top left corner. It takes you to a page that contains information about your current Finqu plan and monthly payments.

Payment options and receipts

On the Subscription page, there's a Payment method section, where you can choose how you pay for using Finqu. By default, Finqu uses automatic card payments, but you can also pay manually with a payment link. Automatic charges are made on the 8th day of each month, and manual payment links are sent to you on the 1st day. The due date of payments is the 15th day.

In the Payment transactions section, you can see details of your previous payments and download receipts of your payments.

Updating the Finqu plan

On the Subscription page, you can also update your Finqu plan by clicking the Update your plan button on the page. The change will be effective immediately when you make the switch.

Notice that if you downgrade your plan, the system removes all the information not included in the new plan. For example, product bundles might be removed if they are not available in your new plan. When you change the plan, the system will provide you with a list of the information that will be removed.
