Creating customer groups

Here's how you can use customer groups in Finqu.

How to create a customer group

  1. Click Account at the top of the left menu.

  2. Go to Settings > Customer Groups.

  3. Click Add customer group.

  4. Write a name for the group.

  5. Choose the sales channels where the customer group is in use *

  6. Click Save.

When you add a new customer group, it is vital to choose in which channels it's in use. Otherwise, customer group-related functions, such as discounts, won't work correctly.

You can also choose if all new customers are attached automatically to the customer group. This function is handy, for example, if you want to give a special discount to all registered customers.
