Adding options
Go to the Products section.
Find and open the product's details.
Select the desired product option from the Product options section. If you have not yet created the product option, click the Add link and fill in the option's details.
When you have added the option, click Save button at the top right corner.
Editing options
Go to the Products section.
Click Actions > Manage product options.
Click on the name of the product option to open its details.
You can edit the option by clicking the actions on the right.
Once you have made your changes, click Save.
Notice: Changes you make will affect all products where the option is used.
Options' types
The type of product option determines how it works and how it looks in the online store. You can choose from one of the following types:
A Dropdown menu is displayed as a traditional drop-down menu and it allows the customer to select one of multiple options. This is useful if you have a large number of choices.
A Radio button shows the customer all the choices at once and allows the customer to select one of them.
A Text option is a simple text field, where the customer can fill in the text they want. This is useful, for example, when you make custom products that include a text of the customer's choice.
A Checkbox is a yes/no type of option, where the customer can decide whether or not the product includes an additional feature (e.g. an installation service).
