Sections: Reviews and Testimonials

Product reviews and customer testimonials are pre-designed sections that allow you to easily add content to your online store.

With reviews and testimonials, you can share other people's experiences with customers, helping them make purchasing decisions. Often, feedback from others is the most decisive factor in a positive buying decision.

You can find these sections in Online Store > Edit Theme.

The Product Review Carousel section showcases customer ratings and reviews of products.

Add new reviews by clicking the Add Review button. If needed, arrange reviews by dragging the three-line icon on the right to move a review up or down in the list.

To edit a review, click it in the list and add the desired details. In the link field, you can, for example, link to a product in your store.

The Testimonial Carousel and Quote Block sections display comments in your store similarly to the product reviews above. The main difference is in the style and appearance of these sections.

The Save button will appear highlighted when there are unsaved changes. You can publish the changes to your store by clicking the Save button.

Before saving, you can also discard changes. Go back one change at a time using the left-facing arrow or discard all changes to the previous save point using the Draft button.
